30-Day Risk-Free Trial & Store Credit Policy
We stand by our product and want you to love it! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial to give you peace of mind when purchasing.
Eligibility for Store Credit
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product, we’ll issue your refund in the form of store credit.
Usage Requirement:
To qualify, we may ask for proof that you used the product consistently as recommended for at least 30 days. Many of our customers begin seeing visible results within 4–8 weeks, so consistent use is key.
Proof of Use:
We may request photos or feedback showing product use to process your refund. This helps us improve our products and ensure proper application.
Subscription Policy
Our subscription program is designed to help you maintain long-term results.
2-Month Minimum Commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum of two billing cycles before cancellation is permitted.
Cancellation Requests:
Before we process a cancellation, we ask for a brief reason — this helps us improve and gives us the chance to adjust your plan (such as extending deliveries to every 2–3 months or applying a permanent discount).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund under our 30-day policy. Once approved and your store credit is issued, you can place a new order for the product you’d like.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase. Refunds in these cases are also issued as store credit.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue the amount in the form of store credit within 10 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future order.
